Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, any item can be returned to CheapThreads.net within 30 days of the purchase date.

Contact Us to quickly request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

• A PREPAID return UPS label will be provided. YOU WILL NOT PAY for the return shipping.
• There is NO RESTOCKING FEE for returned merchandise.
• A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required to process returns.
• If the item has been washed or altered it is not eligible for return.
• The return item inspection can take up to 10 business days once received by our warehouse.
• The order shipping fees will not be refunded to you.
• Your credit card may not reflect a refund for up to thirty days.

To expidite your order we often drop ship directly from our vendors.

If your return brings your total original order value under $99.00 (and you had previously received free shipping) your credit card refund will be for the products your are returning minus shipping charges based on the new order total.

Alaska and Hawaii

All Alaska and Hawaii orders can only be shipped via 2-Day or Next Day will incur an additional $22 shipping charge above the listed rates. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for free shipping.
